Virginia Beach Democratic Committee Call to Caucus!
The Virginia Beach Democratic Committee (VBDC) hereby issues this Official Call to Caucus to select the Democratic nominee for the House District 98 Special Election.
In accordance with §24.2-510 of the Code of Virginia, which establishes deadlines for completion of the nomination process in special elections, the caucus will be held on:

📍 Meyera E. Oberndorf Central Library, 4100 Virginia Beach Blvd, Virginia Beach, VA 23452
The nominee selected through this process will represent the Democratic Party in the Special Election on Tuesday, March 17, 2026. Early voting dates and details will be announced by the Virginia Beach Electoral Board.

Early Voting: Friday, March 6, 2026 &
Monday, March 9 - Saturday, March 14, 2026
