New in 2011, prospective members have two options to submit their membership information and pay their annual dues, either online or through the submission of a paper form.

Note that membership in the Virginia Beach Democratic Committee is subject to nomination and election of a perspective member at a Business Meeting, with all members of the committee eligible to vote. Submission of membership information, whether online or via a paper form, is an agreement by the prospective member to abide by the bylaws of the Virginia Beach Democratic Committee.
